Leadership and Presentation Skills Coaching

I approach my coaching roles as a guide, facilitator and educator. Coaching with me will deepen your learning, improve your performance and enhance the quality of your thinking. You will experience it as one of the most personal and customized self-development programs.

My coaching program is assessment-based and geared towards very specific objectives. To achieve results, I work with clients one-on-one and in teams with the responsible and ethical use of formal psychometric and leadership and emotional intelligence assessment tools, as well as proven processes involving assessment, action planning, and execution. The program is suited for those who are prepared to do the work required to develop and follow an action plan for self-growth. Clients are expected to experiment with new behaviors, and put in place new standards of personal performance.

Coaching with the EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) and/or the ECI (Emotional Competence Inventory)

One of the most effective ways of increasing your emotional intelligence is through coaching. Coaching starts with measuring your emotional intelligence in key areas which include self-awareness (including self-confidence/self-regard,) self-regulation and stress management, interpersonal relationships and decision-making abilities, to name a few.

Coaching within an emotional intelligence framework helps develop your ability to manage yourself so that you can achieve your goals. It helps to develop your leadership presence and your social skills for effectively managing your relationships. Ultimately, coaching for emotional intelligence is about creating the capacity for mature and positive interactions with others so that you maximize your opportunities for success, both in your professional and personal life.

You will become aware of how others perceive you in a number of crucial leadership areas. You will gain awareness of how you see yourself in relation to how others see you. Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

Leadership coaching is geared towards anyone playing a leader's role, whether formally or informally, whether in an organizational or non-organizational environment. Coaching with this assessment helps individuals who want to become more effective leaders or those who are aspiring to move to the next level in their career.

The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) follows the proven framework of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership™. Through decades of research, Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner discovered successful leaders exhibited 30 common behaviors. The more frequently you exhibit these behaviors, the more others attribute to you the qualities of leadership. You will learn what these behaviors are and how you can incorporate these as part of your leadership style. The 30 behaviors are distilled into the five practices of exemplary leadership. They are:

For those who want to save time, we can also craft your PointPoint slide deck and provide you with professional slides that will make you stand out from the crowd. This can be done on a one-time basis, or on on-going basis for repeat clients.  PowerPoint slides service is all arranged remotely and a meeting in person is not required. Client simply forwards the information to us and we do the rest.
